HDFC to buy 41% stake in HDFC Credila Financial

MUMBAI: India's top mortgage lender, Housing Development Finance Corp, said on Friday it had agreed to buy about 41 per cent in education loan provider HDFC Credila Financial Services from DSP Merrill Lynch Capital.
